Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every Rare Reserve Group sample and decant is hand-filled from a genuine retail fragrance bottle. Our inventory is sourced through established retail, distributor, and vetted secondary-market channels. Items obtained through secondary-market sources undergo additional authentication review before being offered for sale or used to prepare decants. What is a decant?

A decant is fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a smaller travel-size atomizer. Decants allow you to experience luxury fragrances without purchasing a full bottle.

Are original bottles included?

No. Your purchase is for the selected sample or decant size only unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. The original retail fragrance bottle and manufacturer-branded packaging are not included.

What sizes do you offer?

Available sizes vary by fragrance and are shown on each product page. Most fragrances are offered in multiple travel-spray sizes, and bundle collection sizes are listed on their respective product pages.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed before 12 PM PST typically ship the same business day. Carrier transit times vary by destination and shipping method.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free UPS Ground shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $65 or more.

Can I return a fragrance?

Due to the nature of fragrance samples and decants, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
