Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance sold by Rare Reserve Group is sourced from authentic retail bottles and professionally hand-decanted into premium glass atomizers.

What is a decant?

A decant is fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a smaller travel-size atomizer. Decants allow you to experience luxury fragrances without purchasing a full bottle.

Are original bottles included?

No. Orders include only the selected decant size. Original retail bottles are not included at this time.

What sizes do you offer?

Most fragrances are available in 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml travel sprays. Bundle collections are available in 2ml and 5ml sizes.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Can I return a fragrance?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened items cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
