At Rare Reserve Group, every order is handled with care to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and quickly.

Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will generally be processed and shipped the following business day.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email. Rare Reserve Group is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (if applicable).

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Packaging

  • All decants are securely packaged using protective materials to prevent leaks or damage.

  • Bottles are sealed and tested prior to shipment to maintain quality standards.

 

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

    • Delays caused by carriers

    • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

    • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will review and work toward a resolution where appropriate.
